Prezzee wanted to push the boundaries of digital gifting. The goal was to move beyond simple transactions and create emotionally rich experiences that customers didn’t expect but would always remember. We set out to position Prezzee as a leader in innovative, emotionally resonant gifting experiences.
We started with a simple question:
What if a gift from Prezzee came with a personalised message from Santa or the Easter Bunny?
This sparked two interactive experiences:
Senders could nominate someone special by submitting their name, location and a photo. The recipient would receive a personalised video message from Santa or the Easter Bunny, complete with custom voiceover and visual storytelling. These experiences could be sent with or without a Prezzee Gift Card.
We partnered with a creative technology agency to bring the concept to life, from user journey and visual design to scripting and rendering.

Thousands of personalised videos were created for children across Australia, the UK and the US. Social media lit up with emotional reactions as families shared their children’s excitement and belief.
While the primary goal was brand engagement, the experience reinforced Prezzee’s position as a leader in emotional, innovative gifting and created meaningful moments that connected with users in a whole new way.
